What is the HVLS Fan?

HVLS fan, also known as Big Industrial Ceiling Fan (HVLS – High Volume Low Speed), is a big ceiling fan designed with large blade diameter from 7ft to 24ft.  HVLS fan runs slow with Rotation per Minute from 40-150RPM but the air volume load is very big, far beyond the household ceiling fans.

MacroAir is a pioneer in the field of HVLS fan technology, the Founder & Owner Mr. Walter K.Boyd and Professor Mr. William Fairbank of California University have jointly invented this large fans and firstly called HVLD (High Volume Large Diameter) fan.
